Name difference in birth certificate & other certificates

Hai Friends,

I have doubt in regarding Name Difference in Birth Certificate & Other Certificates of my Wife.

My wife's Birth Certificate having name like R.Deepika,

Later during 10 th standard they changed it to R.V.Deepiha.

After 10th Standard, all of the certificates are having name "R.V.Deepiha".

But they have not done any publishing in gazette formalities.

Now we going to apply for Passport in her name, so this name difference in Birth Certificate Vs 

all other documents would cause any problem in applying Passport. Since "Birth Certificate" is must

 for DOB while applying Passport.

 what shall I do ?

 Need your guidance in this issue.
