my case is on ple stage in local court

under 138 negotiable act. my case is on ple stage in local court. I want to file petition quash in hicourt against complaintant because of all matter was wrongly filed by complainant..

I want to know what will be positions done of my case in local court after I will file petition quash in hicourt

After you file a Quashing petition in High Court, Matter pending in lower court will probably stayed if the Hon'ble High court deems fit, and once quashed by Hon'ble High court, lower court cannot proceed with the trail, your lower court case will be automatically get dismissed after producing Hon'ble High court's order.
