In a mutual divorce both the parties have no faith on each other,
Can wife recover her arrear maintenance from the DD which is attached in the divorce file for final settlement and alimony.
Plz suggest, How can we avoid these circumtances.

Yes. After recovering by her only the courts gives divorce decree order.

If a stipulation is made with the divorce petition that DD can be retained in the court and shall be handed over to the wife after recording of second motion, this apprehension can be answred.
