mutual divorce

when can I remarry after mutual divorce.

Hey Ritu,
You can marry after 90 days from the date of the divorce decree.

Dear you can mary any time  after mutual divorce is decreed,since it is consent decree you need not to wait for appeal period. Just arrange for your marragie if decreed already.

You can remarry after the lapse of statutory period of appeal, if any,

there is no statutory period of appeal given by court....still i have to wait
