Mutual consent

I'm having trouble going thru my divorce (mutual consent).
I'm giving you a brief summary of facts and issues I'm facing.
Request you to please give me your valuable guidance.

=> The wedding was short lived i.e. only 3 months.
=> The list of belongings that were to be exchanged was reconciled.
=> Deed of divorce was sent to us which was not acceptable.
=> Then finally they accepted to wait for 1 yr period to get over & apply to court.
=> They brought about a lot of pressure via social & anti-social means to exchange belongings even before filing.
=> It was agreed upon that all belongings would be exchanged on completion of 180 days.
=> No lists were to be annexed to the consent terms as was mutually agreed by both parties.
=> When the petition was to be filed they revised the list of belongings 5 times and every time it was disputed the next list would have something extra on it.
=> Now they are insisting the lists should be annexed.
=> They were aware deed of divorce was an invalid document. they did not want to get into an MOU. (So foul play).

Apprehensions:

1. What are the consequences of annexing the lists.?
2. How can I ensure that they do not cry force, fraud or coercion.?
3. How can I ensure safety of my family & myself from any civil/criminal action?

Request you to please suggest appropriate steps that I should adopt.

Thanking you all in anticipation.
