Hi all,
i have been told that the Mumbai courts will be closed for a month from May 1. I was hoping to have my first motion (MCD) around 28 - 29 April. Please confirm if this is possible or will the courts not take up any hearings, given that it is two three days left for holidays??
Please let me know asap so that i can take necessary action

read summer vaccation - heritage (legacy) left by the british when they needed to rush to the coolest places in India.
Coming to your point- the court will have a aditional judge who will be quite overburdened and MAY give a long date or club up relevant cases.
