I had put a question but had no reply? So I was dissappointed. I want to ask the same question that When a Building (In Maharashtra) is neither Conveyed nor registered, and the it is on ownership basis for the flat owners, So can a builder or trust grant NOC by taking money from transferor against his consent.
The trust or builder cannot take money for giving NOC before society is conveyed or registered from the transferor when selling flat? Ofcourse once building is conveyed and registered they can take money for NOC but before that. So Is this illegal and which Act doest it breach and what is the punishment?
