Is dr any law to fyt against misuse of harijan act.. actually Some neighbours of our get drunk n shout n abuse out of our home.. bt when my dad protested against them they abused him n when we actuaĺy file a case against them they too now had filed a case against us under harijan act... what do we do nw to get justice?

They have filed the counter case, you can challenge it very well since you have already lodged a nuisance complaint against them.
