My wife filed section 91 application to get my salary certficate and form 16. I contended it and submitted my non disclosure agreement between me and my employer, and my bank deposit slip showing my take home salary. But, still court want to know my gross salary and deductions, but Only take home salary is important. So I am feeling harassed by court as it is too much biased.
My wife filed false 498a and started living seperately, I am aquitted from this case.
I have been paying her interim maintenance of 10000 Rs and also 2000 Rs for child. I am bearing all extra expenditure for child. She is working and might be earning worth 35000 Rs of salary. Still trial family court rejected my section 127 CRPC and still allowed her section 91 appliocation.
Kindly let me know If I can challange this order to high court.
