I am Ballu from andhra pradesh. Our property (land and house) are in court due to dispute between me (adopted son) and concubine of my father, who passed away. The concubine claim that she has a girl with my adopted father.
After several years of court and spending lot of money in court, we decided to settle down things in lok Adalat court. One property that we are interested (as it is in our city) is in minor's name (concubine's daughter). We are worried that settle down with minor prperty might create problems in future. I would like to request you to suggest me about exchanging minor property in lok adalat court. As the concubine is a cunning wicked lady, we want to be careful with that lady.
