Mandatory submit salary details

she filed sec24 and 125 maintance case dv case dismissed judgement clearly says she not proved any allegations and appel also dismissed.

my question is she will not eligible to maintance she completed master degree i want want prove she capable to maintain .

Is it mandatory to submit my salary details to court ,still judge not demanded .

if cases are dismissed, then why submit the salary slips, until demanded by court? and if the cases are dismissed, then why do you want to prove the above.

The burden to prove your income will lie on the other party so you need not submit that, in case she wants to do it, let she file a petition before the court for directing the employer to send the salary slip as demanded.  If you can prove her income/source of income, you may contest and make her ineligible for maintenance amount.

Does the court don't ask the husband to provide the details of property and salary
