Malicious tenure

HI Sir,

the brief facts are

It is submitted that the Honble court gave verdict for the accusations that I was facing in CC No 123 that viewed from any angle there’s no piece of material connecting to me for the accusations raised and charges framed against me for 354 A and D and was acquitted on Jan 12, 2016.

Now at this juncture can i file a case on the girl for malicious and false alligations made on me.

please suggest me the best and possible ways to sue her and i have incurred agreat loss and let me know what are the section can i sue her ?also please refer to some citations where proceution failed in guilt of the accud and malicious case has been filed.
