Maintenance case urgent query

We had asked the Judge to give time for objection of a petition filed against non payment of maintenance since in HC the revise petition is under consideration.

Lawyer say its not a problem, we will see in next date. What does the status - "Awaits Warrant / FLW" mean? as i see this status in Online website.

Kindly explain. thanks.

 FLW  means ,

(Fine Levy Warrant)

File objection WRT maintenance in next date, failing which, even if you go to HC,your petition will be dismissed without hearing.

Why?

If you did not file objection for maintenance in lower court, how can higher court adjudicate your maintenance plea? :-))

Thanks mate.

First case in which court ordered to pay maintenance from date of filing. This was a second case for non-payment which was filed in 11th month. We wanted to file objection saying that its pre-mature and also petition for revise is pending for admit in HC.

But in lower court Judge didnt provide time for filing objection instead he said to pay and he is moving with warrant. When i checked online status it says as "Await Warrants / FLW".

Any idea how long will it take if we deposit amount in court to cancel warrant step?
