Maintenance allowance

Dear Sir/Madam

           Please tell me in details my following query

If a women is receiving Maintenance Allowance from her Husband and after remarriage without intimating this fact  to the court continuous to receive the amount for more than an year what are the legal remedies in the hand of his first husband Can he sue him for non disclosing this fact to the court and what was the legal remedies in the hand of court to take action against the women. What is the quantum of punishment
