i am not sure whether posting this question on right forum or not.
I would like to the detail information of that section of Maharashtra Motor Vehicle Act which says that any other state vehicle which is running in Maharashtra has to pay Life Time Tax (LTT) again. I heard of section 53c but it talk about registering vehicle. Please correct me if wrong.
Also, there were same writ petition filed in Karnataka & AP/TS high court where court says that why is the need of owner to pay LTT again if he already paid to another state. And court gave 3 weeks time to respective RTO to provide detail information.
May i please ask you if i can file the same petition in Pune court.
