machine loan cheating

I m in Surat. I buy machine before 3 year. But That is loanable but seller do not talk to me about that loan now I also sell that all machine before 2.5 year but I can not any written agreement with first seller and next buyer all transactions done in cash. Now bank file a case against first seller..please help me what can I do now
