Which personal law applies in your case?

Or are you all Hindu?

The mother got the said land and house built on IT from whom and buy which valid/registered deed?

Is IT her self earned/acquired estate?

The property is in which state?

You have availed personal loan in your name or home loan?

Do you have any irrefutable evidence that you were asked to avail said loan and to build house with IT?

Confirm!

If your mother is title holder she can dispose her estate/property in her life in anyone’s favor by a valid/registered deed.

What do you mean by said ‘Tyajya Putra’?

Your mother can ask her husband and daughters to maintain her and/or parents..

Simple recourse is to convince the mother and father by showing your income and expenses and balance and remain gentle and amiable and cool….

If the lady deceases without her estate/property in her life in anyone’s favor by a valid/registered deed……………….then you may have equals share alongwith your father, sisters…

Handle the matter preferably by remaining gentle and amiable..
