We are Gujarat Based MNC and having brances in multiple states of our country. since the december got ended recently, we being the part of HR department need to submit the instrument carrying collective amount of welfare fund before the concerned authority.
we need guidance for the below mentione points.
1) LWF fund is applicable for which level of employees / workers (Designation or Wage Limit) ?
2) can we deduct the same from our employees working in different states under the head of Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund?
3) Does it apply to contract labour and apprentice?
Had taken plenty of views but yet not satisfied with answer....................
pl. guide us in this matter......
