Thanks Bhagwatji.

So,  a Ltd. company (whose main object  clause includes agricultural activites) can buy agricultural land of less than 10 hectares in Maharashtra?

No permissions are required?

If a company purchases land for industrial purpose and is less than 10 hectares, is permission required or not. If the company resales that land to some other company then what is the status.

I bought  agriculture land 9 hectares for bonafied industrial use. I have not taken permission under section 63-1 A. Is it necessary to take permission. If yes from which department we have to take permission.
