Lost property papers

Hi Experts,

I have lost my property papers .  It is a power of attorney not a registry. 

Unfortunatly i am unable to remeber exact date, month or year. But i am sure that i have purchased in early 80s. Property is in delhi punjabi bag.

How can i get the paper from court. I have  water and electricity bill of thy property on my name.
