A list of witnesses must be filed by a party in Court before the actual commencement of the hearing of evidence on his behalf, and no party who has begun to call his witnesses shall be entitled to obtain processes to enforce the attendance of any witness against whom process has not been previously issued or to produce any witness not named in the list without an order of the Court made in writing and stating the reasons therefore

Detaiols of all the witnesses (whether to be summoned or not) have to be submitted and disclosed by both the parties to lis.
