HELLO ALL,
A Indian company is in process of voluntarily winding up its business. It has totally stoped its manufacturing activity, all the necessary legal compliances are also being initiated. Does it has TO COMPULSARILY FILE a suit in the jurisdiction High Court for liquidation or is there any other way out. Kindly suggest.
