lien with technical resignation

Sir I joined drdo ministry of defence jagdalpur on 30/04/2012 as a admin assistant A with grade pay 1900. I got lien with technical resignation from this office on 23 / 01 / 2015 after selection of assistant teacher with gp 4200 in gov.school which running by basic siksha parishad of up after completion of six months training. Now I completed my training and passed examination my appointment not done as above due to poor and poltical issues of up gov. There is it possible to me that I come back to my previous post according to lien with technical resignation. Please suggest on legal view of point.
