Dear Advocates of the Forum
Please clrify the following 2 points.
1. Legal 'Share Holder' means & includes the right of Writing a "WILL" also?
2. Is there another type of "Share holder' having only the right of enjoying the property during life-time only, without the right of making a 'WILL' i.e..the property returns back to the 'source' only & to the successors, without drifting to any other member.
