1. The following are the Society Fees for Transfer of Membership from Father to Son, after executing & duly Registering the Gift Deed:
a) Membership Entrance Fees: 100/-
b) Membership Transfer Fees: 500/-
c) Share Transfer Premium: 0/-
d) No other Fees or Charges are legally payable.
2. IF the Society demands anything else other than the above, THEN the demand is illegal and prosecutable in a Criminal Court and in the Consumer Court.
