Legal Action

Respected sir/Madam, If Someone use Old Will in the Place of New will of different name for the same property for registration of their name. so what are the legal action against the validity of New will of related property.

The last WILL prevails.

The testator declares in last WILL that Old WILL is cancelled.

Has the WILL been acted upon without any cloud on it?

Was last WILL registered?

Was Old WILL registered?

Was any of the last WILL , Old WILL probated?

Both old and new will was registered in the same District court

Testator nominated Different Person in old and new will.

My Uncle Submitted the copy of old Will along with my grandmother death certificate for registration of her wife name in the court.
