Leave without pay from psu

 Hi, I am working in PSU.

I want to prepare for Civil Services ,

1-Can I go on Leave WithOut Pay?

2- Right now I am on probation for next 7 month before being regular employee.

Hi you can proceed on LWP provided its sanctioned. However you will not be eligible for regular grade till you work for minimum prescribed period of training as trainee. different PSUS may have slightly different service rules. consult your personal oficer for exact rules. regards ASHOK

After completion of your probation/ training period ,to saction or not to sanction leave ,without pay shall be the discetion of the management.
