If a person was insured with a life insurance policy and the policy continues for a period of more than 1 1/2 years, first annual premium was paid on time( at the time of taking insurance policy) and 2nd annual premium was also paid but not in time....so policy lapsed....and was reinstated after 2nd annual premium paid....after that person commited suicide..... a case under section 306 IPC was also registered against five persons on the basis of death note of the deceased and on the statement of the deceased's brother....Can anyone plz provide the IRDA guidelines in suicidal death claims and also suggest me how i can plead my case before the consumer forum for getting the insurance claim?
