Land registration query

SIR, FOR THE REGISTRATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND WHETHER THE PASSBOOK IS REQUIRED OR IT CAN BE REGISTERED WITH THE CONCERENED DOCUMENTS.

For Registration, only EC is required and it depends on purchaser and the extent of land that was sold. In many cases passbooks were not given, and even if passbook is insisted, a mere notarized affidavit with registration and link documents is sufficient.
