Land received from declaration act in indira ghandi's rule

Hi guys,

My question is - a person was cultivating on a land belonging to a temple and during declaration act in indira gandhi's rule that land has become his own. Before he die he has transferred that land to his sons name. By any chance can the temple authority claim this land back in future? This temple comes under Hindu religious institutions and charitable endowments department.

Thanks.
