Dear Experts,
May father granted certain land from government before 30 years. My fathers name and his brother name is same. Fathers brother sold that land to someone for very less consideration before 15 years. Now so many middleman's/real estate peoples are involved to sold that parts of land( there are 10 sites are there out of that 4 sites used for house construction who buys from middle man's). His brother is no more from past 7 years.
My father is already involved to solve this issue with basic procedure but no use so far.
Please suggest me to strong procedure to get that land legally so that the land remains belongs to my father.
