Land purchased by me has been sold eirlier

dear expert

a person has enchroching my land after i made a deed .he claimed that land belongs to him but could not show any document.he has made a small  cottege over there.After verification ,I found he has no rights over the land. In the mean while ,the owner from whom i purchased the land has filed a case u/s 144 & a direction has been made to the third party from tahasildar.

But it is found he is trying to enchroach the whole land & still claim the land .
