Land anubava sandrithal

Res sir,what is called as land anubhava sandrithal.That was asked in the patta office.An uyil was given by my mom, for that they asked me that the existing land was in your control for that they asked me the certficate.they said to apply it in inline.In which portal i have to apply .plz give me the details
