Land Acquisition Not Followed

Dear sir(s) My mother's property on Bombay highway in Hyderabad was acquired by Govt.of Telangana for forming road under Master plan illigally. Now she is no more in this world. she had taken High Court order to follow the rules of Land Acquisition procedure by the Govt., in the year 2014 but the Govt.is not initiating any action and using our property as road after demolition. Property legal documents are all we have like Regd.sale deed, Urban Land ceiling office NOC permission order copies and Municipal Tax paying receits from 1980 onwards. what action should we take against the govt.authority by the legal heirs to get our rightful compensation. plz.guide us. warm regards.
