Land

Dear Sirs, There is Education Institution ( Arts and Science College) in our village , it is been since 2007 , the college transport vehicles were routing through our dry land . Now we want to use our land for Cultivation purpose ( about 25 Cents) and want to stop the college vehicles passing through our land. Is there any legal issues arise when we are stopping the college vehicles. The College Management purchased land for their entrance/route, but they can not use their route ; as the two canals hindering their route. They are waiting for government permission for bridge construction over the canals. Please guide me to face the situation.

The college cannot claim any right to ply vehicle through your land. You have the right to use the land for cultivation or any other benign purpose.
