jurisdiction in negotiable instrument ordinance

I received cheque which was drawn at hapur later I submitted it at my hometown sagar mp which dishonored. Filled case in sagar after 1 year proceeding as per supreme court ruling it has been transferred to hapur now tried there for 1 year. govt passed ordinance recently. 1. What would be jurisdiction for my case hapur or sagar as both my advocates have different opinion. 2. Incase sagar. Will it start afresh or can be continue where was left as per order sheet. Please advice.
