Joint owner of flat with wife

Respected lawyers,

Please give the way to my problem. I have purchased a flat in NCR Region three years back by taking a home loan. Rest amount was paid by my savings. This loan is also a joint home loan means Me as applicant and my wife as co applicant since we both are working. The flat is also registered on joint name ( me and my wife). Two years back We had dispute and till now we are living seperately. We are going through no of litigations like 125 crpc, Guardian & ward petition, divorce, 498a. IT seems there is no solution any midway. Regarding flat-- I am paying EMI to bank since start of loan including pre emi. Now with alone my salary I am facing difficulty in paying EMI and charges with various litigations.

My que is.

1. What legal option do I have and what are chances in that option?

2. Does she still can claim right of that property even she has not paid even single penny on flat?

3. Does this legal option may prove against me in other cases like cruelty in divorce case.

4. How does legal system looks at this problem.
