Islamic inheritance

Dear Sir,

We are in Kolkata- India.

We consisted of Father, Mother, Eldest sister, second eldest sister and last of all myself a son.

Latest status :

Father expired in 2001,

Mother Living as a housewife with us,

Eldest sister expired on 10th of february due to cancer this year, she was married but got cheated and therefore she took divorce and had no child,

Second elder sister married with husband and two daughters.

Myself married with my wife and has a male child.

My question is that as per Islamic Law what would the share of inheritance be.

Whether my mother is the maximum sharholder or my sister.

Is there any chance that my mother and sister would take away everything and leave me empty handed, if then how can I stop them, am I entitled to my deceased sister's legacy. I am worried because I am in Dubai in a job and I cant go to India for atleast 2 years. I have left everything of my father because I loved the lady whom I married, she was a Catholic and now a Muslima.

Plz. answer my queries and guide me as to what should I do

Thank you

Moahmmed Rehan
