Is volgar Yahoo chat's a proof for divorce case

E-mails can be submitted as a confirm evidence against or for somebody, if it was sent from an e-mail id through a machine that is operated by only one individual and if the machine or that e-mail id was not hacked or password is misused at that particular time the e-mail was sent.

IP addresses are needed for cyber investigations and ip address is very easy to know.

Do one thing.Open command prompt in a system and simply type "ipconfig" . u will get the ip address of that computer.

U need to have the mail in ur "inbox" or in "sent items" or even if deleted u can get it back by checking ur trash, the mail server will also store that for a certain time in its database.

As far as summoning of Yahoo to the court is concerned, it is not like a company to which anyone can keep in it’s pocket.

if the chatting tuk place when you were in your office while your wife was at home or in her own office,you may prove that u cant chat with her BF from your home computer or from ur wife's office computer,since u were at ur own office.for this u can also show your own office records such as attendance registers,where u must have marked your attendance,if you were at your workplace wen the chat took place....

so this will prove u cant chat with her BF even if u knew her password.then prove the IP address of your wife's computer that was used for chat...simple!!

yahoo has offices in india too....there's one mumbai address given in yahoo home pages...but that's for small business...but i think it may also be for all puposes....

then there are customer care nos. of bangalore and other nos. too,given in yahoo homepages where people can contact if they are from other states...but they are also for small business.....but as i said above,they might be for any query...else u can call them ask for other nos. of yahoo,which suit your purpose.

It is not  considered as a proof for the divorce ground.

How you  can establish ?

You have copy pasted and saves as word file  so it does not any value as evidences.

For evidences Ip adress is very important if you dont have any knowledge then know from the expert .

Hello All,

With the Western Culture infuse in Indian society: Specially the females of India have changed the way of life:

1. Wearing all kind and dress. May be that is what they think but the desi nature and grace of women is getting lost.

2. With the growing economy the womens work in large number now a days. But at the same time the working women ask for maintainance. 

3. Because of education playing a important part most of the educated women and families file false 498a case as they know how to twist the law and misuse the loop holes.

What I feel with the new society coming up with western thinking and influence which is good till some point but females in India misuse the laws of the land. As the people thinking is changing the laws must change rather upgrade time to time.

4. Old Times were there when women used to feel husband and their family as their family is also getting lost as women are now 90% inclined towards her family ( her parents & siblings and others )  who in turn influence in making her family with her husband which can hamper family life. 

She must not be too much dependent on her parents rather stand by with her husband and her in-laws.

As most important all maintaiance and 498a are tools to extract money. If the women is genuine then all these laws are ok but sadly they are misused heavily in the 21st century. 

Even lawyers and her family members brain wash her even if she might not be interested in money and many times the women itself is greedy of money,

I head from my friends saying that when husbands in-laws come to their house then they treat as god and when the husband side any one come or husbands parents then the husband has to take permission from her wife whether to bring inside house or not. in simple words the women will never leave her family but will tell her husband to leave her family. These was not there is traditional indian women. but now these is more which can lead to divorce and money extortion from women if the husband is not hen pecked. 

So I feel since freedom of women is now more and then the laws of the country must also change accordingly and proper amemmends must be there.

Even supreme of india has said it as legal terroism.

Law presumes everyone as genuine unless proved guilty.  Alleging is easier but proving it in the court is very difficult.

Misuse of any provision of the law by anyone is not good.  It is the duty of the investigation agencies to check the misuse.

Supreme Court of India has not only said it as legal terrorism, but so many other things also and has not suggested how to check this.

U have written so many things about women in the above post, plz write something about men also.
