Thanks Suresh, Today, I called the Panchayat officer about this matter, They said provide us a 10 rs Stamp paper with your signature. along with a formal letter then we send u this by post they said.

My question :-  if i send the Blank stamp paper with my signature, will this bind any legal issues or this is the actual Procedure to get the DOB certificate....

Could you please tell me how to proceed this...  What will be the TO Address should i have to mentioned the Grama Panchayat office address. It will be great if you fill this for me. Also, how to take postal order for RS 10: it will be great if any one can provide your phone number for my future help.
