Is she d partner?

my mom had purchased a shop in Pune in 2007 ,so she mentioned my wife name in registry.all d payments of shop purchase,registry including token money had given by mom via cheque or dd.still my wife filled some false cases on me n my mom ( domestic violence or mentinance ).she mentioned in both of cases that particular shop purchased by her father. she doesn't have any proof to claim.so is there any way that my mom taken back tht shop.mummy ne on paper hum dono ko bedakhal Kar Rakha hai.mummy be ek case file Kiya tha suit of pajession.in 2014 me .. bt koi result nhi nikla.uske baad avocate be appeal p BHI lagaya case kharij ho gya.plz give answer tht how can v thorw her name or her self of tht registry or our life as well...plz Hindi me jawab de ...apka abhaar
