I heard from my lawyer ,My wife filed Divorce on 26.12.2013.Till now I didnt get any Divorce notice from court. also I have checked in Internet also but I didnt get any details. if she filed Divorce how many days it will take to get Divorce petition from court ?Is there any other way to check ? Please advise.Thanks for your time.

The court will not proceed unless you get the copy of the petition for divorce, need not to worry, but maximum you can do is visit the concerned court which has the jurisdiction to try your case and ask them for details.
