Please help me in following queries:
1 is execution of rcr decree a necessary prerequisite for filing of divorce petition on ground of no cohabitation
for 1 year after passing of decree?
2 does the answer depend on whether decree was exparte or contested?
3 does it also depend on whether the person in favour of whom the decree was passed is filing divorce petion or the person against whom it was passed.

Opinion: If you are talking about divorce through RCR channel then answer is yes.
2 does the answer depend on whether decree was exparte or contested?
Opinion: RCR decree is must for ground of divorce if still no cohabitation for one year from date of passing of RCR decree either contested or by exparte.
3 does it also depend on whether the person in favour of whom the decree was passed is filing divorce petion or the person against whom it was passed.
Opinion: Obviously the advantage will be taken by the person on whose favor the RCR decree was passed.
