Related to a dispute on my property, I have received a plaint copy from the court & also from the counsel for the plaintiff who had filed cicil suit. Both are delivered without any enclosures, which are actually referred in the plaint. Is it mandatory to deliver all referred enclosures with the plaint? Doesn't the court insist for the same? Being a defendant, whom should I approach to get the enclosures, hon'ble court or counsel of the plaintiff?
