After filing chargesheet by police before the court court isdsue summons to all accused and at the timew of framing charge the court ask for guilty or not, then all of you said No, and the matter will be fixed for prosecution evidence, reagrding the Zaminaan(suerty) its depend on the court order if court pass an order then you need to go with Zaamin otherwise no need.

In fact sthere is no necessity of asking zaamin at this stage, because the offence itself is non bailable one and when you are on bail by furnishing sureties/zaamiee, there is no necessity to furnish the sureties again.  If any one of your zaamin does not intends to continue as surety/zaamin then only the Court has to ask for fresh sureties, unless and until, there is no necessity to bring the sureties again and again to the Court.  Hence, better inform the question in more clearly and then you may get some more clarity for your querry.

Thank you nadeem bhai and khissam We got bail in local court and till chargsheet submit we were getting date in local court at 13 feb local court give 11 march means tom but in session court another court another city And Today lawyer told us to bring those zaamin but is it must to take zaamin?cuz one of them zaamin is suffering from paralise and lawyer saying if they cant come we ll get warrant n need to make again zaamin procedure Plz help Thx
