my wife family is having around total 20-acre land near to akkalkot, Solapur, Maharashtra.
after my father in law death , all property occupied by father in laws brother, and he is not ready to leave that land
in the lower court case is resolved and ordered. as per order land should be distribute equally in to all 4 members , but wife uncle went to upper court, in lower court case run for 6 long years and now in upper court this case is running from past 2 years ..but my brother in law not getting single rs from his uncle, all property profit enjoying by his uncle only,
can we put the application to get a share on profit which i supposed to get on my share ??
