Interim order - payment

Hi Fellow members,

Regarding, My father's maintenance issue with second wife, Court has passed interim order to pay Rs.10k per month. Nov 9th there is a session where it needs to be paid.

Although my father get salary around Rs.50k, he is in trouble paying Rs.10k due to hand loans at the moment. He is 6 months to retirement.

What if half amount is paid now? Will there be any problem? What are the possibilities?
