I own a car financed by a bank.
I was in custody for 6 months. prior to that I was paying all the installments regularly.
the vehicle was seized by the police officer saying that the vehicle is used in crime.
now I got the vehicle back by courts order in return of property.
with the conditions to produce the vehicle as and when required before the hon court or the investigation officer.
can I get protection against the recovery agents of bank for forcible repossession ?? by civil courts.
pl advice.
How come recovery agents comes in this case, when you say that all the instalments is paid.
