Yes. There should be a reasonable apprehension forming the cause of action.

Dear nikhil,Yes court can grant injunction on the basis of apprehension.basically there are two types in injunction temporory and permanant injunction.if u want temporory injunction then study the Order no.39 of CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE.1908
