Hi All,
I am currently residing in Noida,U.P, in my parents house. the House is originally registered in the name of my deceased mother, who passed away in Jan 2012. She left behind her unregistered will on a Stamp paper and Validated by Witnesses, which states that post her death all her property including the house we are residing in will belong to me. The other people in my family are my father and 2 elder sisters.
I want to get this property transferred to mine and my father name jointly with a condition stating that it will automatically get transferred to the survivor in case of demise of any of two of us. Please guide me how to proceed with the same?
Also, can my sisters claim a right to this property?
